![]() So, they come after Why? Especially after all of these years.Country’s top cop Ajai Raj Sharma’s journey started with policing small towns of Uttar Pradesh, fighting bandits and goons of the notorious Chambal Valley, taking on the responsibility of politically sensitive and communally volatile districts. ![]() She goes rogue and at some point has another kid, yet she is still working as an assassin, but not for the UAG. She constantly have contracts out on her, so she has decided in order for her family to be safe us for her to stop the UAG.Īrthur Bellfield: The basic premise of the book is about Serena Mctavern who was an operative of The United Assassins Guild (UAG) until she married another agent and they killed him. ![]() ![]() But, she is being hunted by the UAG at every turn. So, years later Serena Mctavern doing hits for money on the side and trying to raise her now two children to a regular life. The revenge aspect comes from Serena Mctavern being betrayed, and losing her husband while she was pregnant with her first child. The UAG (United Assassins Guild) travels all over the world to take on missions and neutralize threats. This group have all of the fancy cars, great guns and futuristic gadgets. It's about an organization of assassins, that the government call upon to do jobs they deemed to be impossible. Can you elaborate on that because this seems like a revenge story more than an espionage/spy tale?īradley Golden: Sure, at the core of BITING BULLETS. You described Biting Bullets as your interpretation of James Bond. Which in turn would exceed funding goal and then some.Īrthur Bellfield: On your kickstarter page. Like I mentioned before, my funding goal is based off of my fan base, and hopes of people liking what they see and gravitating toward the series. If you been promoting long before the kickstarter launch then yeah, $5,000 can be reached. You base your funding goal on the level of fans you have or feel you have going in. My opinion on people asking for $5,000 to create a single issue, is that they are not being greedy in my opinion. The Backer rewards will be delivered on time, and art team compensated fairly. As far has printing goes I'm willing to shell my own money out to see this book printed, and the stretch goals. Plus, I feel once people see the art and effort going into BITING BULLETS, that they would be on board. So, what that taught me was that a lower funding goal is much more attainable, and reaching stretch goals are much easier. I too was looking for $1,200 to $3,000 as a funding goal. What made you seek out what most people would consider a low amount to pay for the production, printing, or backer rewards? And, do you think that people asking for $5,000 to create a single issue comic book are being greedy? If so, why?īradley Golden: I recently have had a few unsuccessful kickstarters, what I had learned from those is that if you don't have a huge following, you won't meet your goal. After a brief stint with Insane Comics, he's back on his own with a new book entitled Biting Bullets.Īrthur Bellfield: You've recently celebrated a successful kickstarter campaign with the comic Biting Bullets with a goal of only $800 which is a lot lower than most comic campaigns these days which range around $3-6,000. He started out writing short stories for anthologies before moving on to his own projects such as Orision and starting his own imprint Second Sight Studios. Bradley Golden has been writing comic books ever since he was a teenager.
